Upon checking out syracuse, for Adv. major, princeton review says that interviews are very important if one is to be admitted into syracuse. How important is it? Is it possible to get in w/o the interview?

It's very possible to get in w/o an interview. I got in, and I didn't interview. I don't know anyone who did.

ah okie good good, thx ^^

i got in too and i didn't interview. i didn't even know they held interviews. the only schools that i had an interview with were ivy league schools (one of which i got waitlisted- darn columbia)

ah so the princeton review is fibbing...not good, but glad to hear your news

My D interviewed at the lubin house in early december, as well as visiting and doing the info session in august in syracuse. She was accepted ( Newhouse school)but chose not to attend. If you are in the NY metro area Syracuse does interviews in westchester and I think LI in the fall, they fill up fast so call and check it out.

No need for interviewing, unless you're really worried and know an interview will put you over the edge
