<p>No. A somewhat low percentage of applicants actually get interviews, and it is not decided whether you will get an interview based on the likelihood of your admission. If you do get it in by the Oct 15 suggested deadline, it's still only a "chance" that you will receive one.</p>
<p>By the way, when they say that the "application" must be in by Oct 15, are they speaking of Form 1A or the whole thing? Most schools I've applied to only require the Form 1A-type paper to be in before they begin the interviewing process.</p>
