I felt that my interview went exceptionally well but my interviewer did not give me a "score". Do interviewers usually tell you what you got? A lot of posters are saying how they got a 9/9 or 8/9.

Thanks!

Mine never told me, but she said she hardly gives anyone a 9.

My interviewer just told me he'd write me a good one, he didn't give me a score either.
To be honest, I'm not quite sure how big a factor the interview plays.
A horrible interview would probably affect you're admission, but I'm sure it's not the most important factor.

yeah...my interviewer didn't show up...apparently she thought it was on a Wed, even though I def said Monday...not really a good start.... she seemed impressed that I brought a list of my activities/clubs/awards to give her...but it only lasted like 30 min......don't really know if this was good or bad...anyone???

I don't think the interview really sways their opinion too much. I think it might just be a placebo for the applicants to fret over and at least give them the hope Georgetown cares to find out who they truly are. Then again, I don't know what goes on in that admission session. We can only hope for the best.

HolyRomanEmperor? sweet name!

My guy just came right out and said it (9). He told me most interviewers want people from their region to go to Georgetown, so they always try to give a good recommendation.

Someone i know, when they met their interviewer, gave a very weak handshake. The interviewer was female and said, lets try that again! and He was like ooh i didnt think you were supposed to shake womens' hands that hard.

i can only imagine how the rest of the interview went after that..christ
