Okay so i interviewd for company X today in finance. I have worked in thei rretail outlet stores for 3 years, and have a 3.3 GPA. It's not a huge company, but a pretty reknowned company. Their corporate office has 700 associates where the interns work. Not sure how many they usually employ.

I feel like I kind of bombed the interview, said "Uhmm," allot, and reiterated some statements to different questions.

With that being said, will a 3.3 GPA at a small company and 3 years work experience at the company, which the interviewer touched upon for a good portion of the interview, pull me through?

No. Those traits you listed are for you to get the interview. From then on, it's all about how you can communicate with the interviewer (which will give insight into how you can communicate with the associates, should you get hired).

But also remember, the interviewer knows that you're nervous, so there is some expected "uhmms" in the response. If you really wanted to "WOW" then, not including them is better (obviously). It will not only depend on how YOU interviewed, but how the other candidates for the position interviewed for the spot. A candidate with a 3.0 GPA and the same years of experience, for example, could get the job over you only because he was able to articulate his ideas better than you could. So it's not only about you, there's a myriad of decisions that the company makes throughout it's hiring process.
