How do you know who will be interviewing you? Can anyone share experiences with your specific interviewer?

you don’t know who will be interviewing you until you’re there. I had Sally Slifkin, and my time with her was very comfortable. It was basically a back and forth conversation you would have with your friend minus some of the vulgarity She was really nice… I wouldn’t really plan for anything besides an answer for when the interviewer asks you why you want to go to Muhlenberg, and maybe a few questions for the end. Don’t over think anything or you might find yourself stumbling over your words.

I tried to make sure my body language was positive in all of my interviews with colleges. When someone greeted me with a strong hand shake and eye contact, I did the same and asked them how they were doing to give off a good first impression. I also tried to portray positive body language (eye contact, posture, nodding my head when she said something). Go in relaxed- remember they aren’t looking for anything extraordinary; they are just looking to get to know you as a person.

Good Luck!
