I know interviews aren't that important, and not getting one isnt an indication of the admission committee's final decisions, but i think my case is a bit different. A bout thirty people applied from my school, and all of them have been called for an interview...except me. Does that mean i've already been rejected?

I don't think so. A kid at my school got a Dartmouth interview and I didn't get one, but I got a likely letter and he hasn't (thus far). Also, of the...one other person who applied to Princeton RD at my school, he got his interview the first week of January and I got mine the second week of March. So I don't think that the timing has anything to do with it...and you'll be fine without an interview. If you read through old threads there are plenty of kids who got in without interviews.

Daughter's Princeton interviewer stated he was ill during most of the winter. Consequentially, he had about 30 students he needed to interview but never got the opportunity. Don't worry about it. Thursday will be here before you know it. Good luck!!!

Ammar dont worry about the interviews! My friend who didnt give his SAT2's and had a 1500 SAT score out of 2400 got an interview considering you have a perfect score you shouldnt be worried about the interview!..good luck!

Yes, the offer of an interview is DEFINITELY not an indication of the strength of your application. Otherwise, the entire point of an interview would be slightly compromised.
