<p>They’re almost always behavioral. Be prepared to know everything really well on your resume and tell a good story about how you got to where you are (school, major, why Big 4, why audit/tax/advisory etc). At my school, we had 2 30-minute first round interviews (2nd round can vary by office) and I was asked why this particular Big 4 firm, personal strengths, weaknesses, leadership activities, how would you deal with a difficult situation at work, why would you take that course of action, etc. I don’t think they should ask you specific accounting questions. Good Luck.</p>
<p>I would definitely have a story about working in and resolving difficult group situation. You’ll have plenty of those situations at a Big 4 LOL</p>

<p>Know your resume and be personable!</p>
<p>The interviews are not difficult.</p>
<p>My interviews were very conversational. Even on my office visits I only was asked like one behavioral question per interview and the rest was just having a conversation.</p>
