Question 's pretty self explanatory....Please let me know ASAP.

If you need an answer ASAP, why not just take 30 seconds to check the website?

[Princeton University | Application Checklist](http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/checklist/#comp000046cc511c0000000b4718e5)

They contact you.

Yeah, what he/she said.

Somebody isn’t getting into Princeton…

^
lol. how mean though :P

@ira:
there is still time for an interview though…
my friend has yet to have her interview too for princeton. i think she is having it next week… also, are you from a major area? not everyone gets offered an interview

@evertheoptimist- Thanks… I read that but I just wanted to be sure …so I asked.

@newest newb - maybe or maybe not …i guess we will have to wait n watch for tht.

@neonsair- Thanks …I haven’t been offered an interview as of now …I submitted my common app +supplement on 1st and they just updated everything I had sent ( my transcript etc.) yesterday. i live near Canada… not exactly in a main city but nearby…so I guess maybe I would be contacted in a few days or otherwise it might not be available here.question - do they contact you via e mail or phone?

Princeton contacted me through email today.

So don’t worry too much, if there is someone near you they will contact you.

Best of luck

@ira

they will contact you either telephonically or through email. it depends on the person.
i was contacted telephonically… but most people are contacted through email
if you dont hear this week, you should contact the admission’s office

I haven’t been contacted as of now…I am honestly very worried now …Even though the interview is not compulsory I want to give it to at least increase my chances…and its really hard to believe there are no interviewers in my area. I am afraid that the admission people will take it badly if I call to ask about it…What should I do ???

Wait it out. If an interviewer is available, they will contact you. If not, there’s nothing you can do So calm down! I haven’t been contacted either, so you’re not alone. :)

What everyone said - they contact us, and this applies even for internationals.

(I was called).

They’ll tell you in your dreams.

lol…Thanks for trying to calm me down …I ll definitely try to be at peace…:)

So are interviews offered to ALL applicants in major cities where there are alums or selected applicants? I have a 3.98 UW, 12 APs (all 5s so far), lots of ECs, etc., but only a 2250 SAT I. (790 Chem; 720 Math II) I’ve noticed that there are tons of 2300+ SAT/35+ ACTs. Is it possible my scores don’t qualify me for an interview?

There is no “qualifying” for interviews.

just what ever the optimist said…there’s no qualifying …the stats on the website say that nearly 100% of the applicants get an interview…I did not get one but thts probably because there’s no interviewer available in my area.
