So far, I've only had one interviewer contact me: Yale. What's going on? Are the interviewers supposed to contact me first, or do I have to call each school to schedule an interview? I am very confused.

Also, another question: should I call each of my schools and inquire about the status of my application? Or would that just annoy them?

Most colleges, Yale included, don’t require an interview. Many tippy top private schools, like Yale, handle interviews thru volunteer networks. You frankly may not get a single other interview call. That’s just how it goes. But don’t sweat it.

I was only interviewed at one of the colleges I applied yet come April, I was admitted at every one I applied (included Ivies).

for your other question: an inquiry would be unnecessary. Don’t do it. Annoying would be a word that comes to mind…
