aRe there any such things, and if yes, which schools? Thanks!

yes there are int. app fee waivers.. they are almost applicable at all top and middle tier universiies except few state univ and typical ones who specifically mention its not allowed.. In all cases the sanctioning of the waiver is based on family's annual income stats and colleges expect u to be able to prove the same as well..

Yeah, they exist. You just have to get your guidance counsellor to write one for you stating the fact that paying the app fee would pose a difficulty for you and your family. The point is that these financial constraints must by obvious from your finaid documentation. After all, if you aren't applying for finaid than $45-$65 should not be a problem for you.

heeh true .. and well but many schools like northwestern also give you a waiver for applying early in time .. before december 1 .. thats an incentive or an added bonus to apply

.. also colgate's online app is free and doesnt charge students irrespective of the financial status..

but mind it if u are trying in to cash out on the app fee waiver with not paying the fees coz u feel like it then ull have hard time convincing the adcomms ur POV

does northwestern do that? does it say that on the website?

okay so if your parents earn $60000 annually and pay for a house and a car in high interest Shanghai, does that make me open to fee waivers??*and i am applying for aid

well if u r applying for aid .. and wel have reasons to say in ur favor u r elligible. .. income aint the only critereon for the payment of app fees.. but well do mention sum of those factors of why u seek a waiver in the letter which shud be written by the guidance counselor and also on a school stationary generally...

note : i applied to 13 schuls with an intel app fee waiver
