Intl applicant to grad sch

<p>are intl applicants, having completed undergrad in the states, disadvantaged significantly when applying to grad schs? also, is it more difficult to get finaid - tuition and stipends if i'm intl? and does this also apply to intl med sch applicants? thx</p>
