Hi! I'm a junior who is trying to develop her college list, particularly "match" schools. A little bit of background is needed before I continue: I'm a 1/2 Singaporean 1/2 American who is living abroad (in eastern Africa) that is planning to go to college in the US. I moved form an AP school to a more rigorous IB World School last year (10th grade), so my grades & ECs were greatly affected. I come from a family who can afford to contribute $30,000 a year to my college education. Unfortunately, this number greatly differs from the EFC's that I've gotten when entering data into the Net Price Calculator. That being said, I am looking for suggestions of colleges where I stand a good chance of getting merit scholarships/financial aid.

I'm interested in double majoring in International Business/Economics & International Relations. A small to mid-size college in an Urban/suburban area would be ideal, though I'd like the college to have a physical campus. Both a lively social scene and an academic focus is a big plus, and a somewhat-to-strong liberal atmosphere is a must. Here's more information about me:

GPA-
Grade 9: 4.0 unweighted
Grade 10: 48/56 points
My school does not rank students.

Current Classes (I am currently enrolled in the full IB Diploma Program):
Math HL: 4/7 (I'm hoping to raise it to a 5/7 by the end of Semester 1)
Language and Literature HL: 6/7
Economics HL: 6/7
French SL: 5/7
Biology SL: 7/7
History SL: 7/7

SAT/ACT/PSAT Scores:
Currently I've only tested for the PSAT twice. The first score report I received was 186 CR/M/W with a 66 CR/62 M/58 W.
I haven't received the scores from this year's PSAT, and I'm planning on taking the SAT & ACT in the spring.

Extra-Curriculars/Jobs:
MUN (10-present); I was selected to go to THIMUN this year (the largest international MUN conference), and am applying for President next year.

Math Peer Tutoring (this year); I tutor middle school kids every Wednesday.

Piano (6-present); I practice between my other activities and occasionally preform.

Teenage Girls' Organization (10-present); President, completely student-initiated and run, we work with local schools/students to tackle gender-equality issues in eastern Africa. We've also conducted an Endometriosis campaign in the local community.

Sailing (10-present); My team raised over $3200 during a fundraising event, with over $10,000 being raised by all 6 teams combined.

Scuba Diving (10-present); My school club advocates safe diving and fishing practices, and I participate in reef cleanups to pick up underwater litter. I have my Open and Advanced Open Water certificates.

Irish Dancing (10-present); We danced at Hyatt in front of Irish Ambassador and choreograph our own routines. (This is student-run).

Swimming (6-present); I swim with both the school team & a club, am school swim captain, and I attend National competitions (which is not so hard as there are few competitive swimmers where I live).

Academic Achievement Award; I have received Honor Roll every semester since 6th grade.

At the moment I'm also organizing a community carnival for the end of the year (that will be completely student-initiated and organized). It will include all of my school's community service groups, local NGOs, and local innovators that are working on solutions to community problems. I am also interning at the local Embassy this winter break, working in the Public Relations office.

That's all I have! Thanks for taking the time to read this post - I know it was long :\"> ! Based on these statistics, what colleges with good IR/Int'l Business programs should I look at/ be aiming to apply to? Also, is there anything that I can do to make my application stronger? I already have UPenn and Georgetown on my list as reaches, with American University as a possible match.
