<p>as far as i know, cornell is very stingy in giving aid to intl students, and takes the fact that you would be applying for aid into consderation for admission also.</p>
<p>Certainly you'd have to be more qualified than the average internatonal acceptee, who on average also tend to have higher test scores (not saying anything about EC's, essays, etc.) than the domestic pool. I'm guessing it's about as tough as getting into HYP?</p>

<p>can we really rely on that? I've checked out those for some schools and they're so different from what adcoms of those schools say...</p>
