<p>I almost forgot. What do you guys write in the essays? My topics are: more about urself (long), one year to spend & topic of choice & interest/achievement (short).
My long essay is quite short :) Everywhere, I can see people with their 700ish essays, full of details. Mine is a mere 550 :(</p>

<p>First Brown seemed weird but I've gotten used to it.. BUt I still cant get over Rice..RICERICE.. I'm sorry, but I just cant put myself into applying there. Yes Carneige Melon sounds weird too. But im not really into the whole computer/engineering thing so I'm not applying there anyway.</p>
<p>I've talked to my parents about this and they think Im just immature. Maybe I am. But I just cant apply to Rice. BTW, PRINCETON is a fab name.</p>
<p>and also...its really retarded to send an app to "Cornell College" and "Sanford" - just makes u sound 100000 times smarter than u really are. This kid at my school was like "hey! I got into Sanford and Cornell" - he got a 930 SAT....</p>
