Intl. student acceptance at public schools in Cali

I'm an international student.
I want to attend UCLA, but I'm worried that since the vast majority of the student body at UCLA is In-State, this will decrease my chances.
Do i have smaller chances now considering UCLA admission?

UC’s are California state public schools funded by California taxpayers, so the majority of accepted students are in-state. UCLA had about a 17% admit rate for International students for the Class of 2014. Yes, you do have a smaller chance, but if you have competitive Stats, you have just as much chance as other applicants.
