Int'l student thinking about transferring

Hi everyone. I am currently a UTA student( undergrad , F1) studying CS . I have a scholarship of 2k (i know its a looser’s scholarship lol which waives my in-state tuition). Here’s the thing, I’m looking to transfer to a university and need suggestions on where to transfer and how.

Reasons that i want to move : 1. its Texas and 2. Its texas. 3. JK… Texas isn’t as Liberal with the lack of opportunities for int’l students (in multiple ways).

So, plz suggest me a state and a particular university that provides a good amount of scholarship. Thank you!

Also, my current GPA is 3.4 which might fall to 3.2 to 3.0

There really aren’t scholarships for international transfer students. Even American transfers get lousy aid.
What are you majoring in?
When you say UTA do you mean Arlington or Austin?
What country are you from?
You can try Alabama Tuscaloosa but it’s likely as conservative as Texas. Iowa State? UMN Twin cities? Temple? UNC Asheville???
Some transfer friendly universities like Vanderbilt or Cornell or UF would expect a 3.5+ .

i’m talking about UT-Arlington.
