Intro IR vs Intermediate Econ

This is for a freshman econ major. Add/Drop is almost over and I want to swap a class. Which one do you guys think would be easier, considering I've missed a good two-three weeks. I'd prefer to get my intermediate macro + micro outta the way but not at the expense of a good grade.

I hear IR is easy, just a lot of reading?

Having taken both classes, I would guess it’s easier to jump into Intro to IR. Intermediate Econ can be easy or hard, depending on your academic strengths (esp. in regards to math). Intro to IR is actually one of the harder IR classes and your grades will depend on writing thoughtful essays. But on average, it’s easier to get a higher grade in IR than in Intermediate Econ.
