Intro to Accounting was EASY, how might I fare in more advanced classes?

When a councilor told me about MIS/CIS, I was excited. I knew that job prospects could be iffy and it was a competitive field. Now I know that it might not be such a wise choice.

I had been delaying taking Intro to Accounting because I thought I would hate it. I dont like alot of tedious bookkeeping. I can do it, but I'd rather not. However, it turns out I liked it. The class was EASY. For me, I dont understand how some people find it hard. I know and respect that they do, but I liked it. I like and understand my debits and credits, every little thing has a home, and it all balances in the end.

One of the only questions I need to answer is did I like accounting because I like accounting or because I liked the teacher and the class format/rules allowed me to do well.

How much harder do intermediate classes get? I suspect Tax Accounting could be challenging because the rules probably don't make as much scene. I'm not sure what they teach in an Auditing class.

What makes AIS different from Accounting?
