<p>I am a very recent high school graduate from Massachusetts currently considering community college to begin continuing my education. However, before enrolling in a full semester of college I am considering which majors I am interested in, how to apply my resources to becoming successful. Having researched several high earning degrees which spark my interests, Petroleum Engineering has caught my attention as a lucrative career which I see myself being successful in. There are gaps which I would like to fill up - knowing which minors to choose along with the major, if any; knowing any health hazards which may come with the job; whether joining a US military branch could be beneficial to pursuing this degree; which schools are best statistically, financially for choosing this path; knowing which jobs are obtainable through this degree.</p>
