<p>when i try to upload the supplemental the words "Invalid Access" comes up.</p>
<p>what does this mean??!!!</p>
<p>Please ensure the file to be uploaded is saved or renamed following the guidelines below:</p>
<p>Use all lower case letters
Do not include spaces in the file name
Use less than 10 characters
Make sure the file does not exceed 500kb and is the correct file type (doc, .docx, .wpd, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, or .txt) </p>

<p>all of my documents so far have had titles longer than 10 characters. it all uploaded fine and appeared on the print preview, but i hope to God it didn’t affect the submission of my essays.</p>
<p>I was similar trouble two days ago. Logging out and logging back in fixed it.</p>
<p>Looks like the site is having problems - my daughter just got kicked out & now it says Temporarily Unavailable. I hope she didn’t loose anything - she was just about to send.</p>
<p>I had this issue a couple months ago. I emailed the support team, and they offered to upload my essays manually, meaning that I would send them the essay and tell them where to put it, and they would upload it for me. They were prompt and efficient, so it all worked out fine.</p>
<p>I would recommend emailing the support team. Try to upload your document as a .txt document first though-- that worked for me. (though not for my resume or other documents with complicated formatting) </p>
<p>As _me noted, the site is apparently down right now because of all the activity, so just be patient. I’m sure everything will work out.</p>
<p>& ivyhopeful16-- as long as everything looks fine on the quick print, you should be fine. Don’t worry!</p>
