<p>I recently just got the Yale letter with my PIN number but when I attempted to activate this account, there was a prompt that the PIN was invalid. When I went to check my records from my application for the Class of 2011, I discovered that the Eli Account ID and PIN provided for my application for the Class of 2012 is identical to the one provided for my application for the Class of 2011.(i applied last year too) Would this be causing the problem as according to the Eli Account Help Section my account can only be activated once. </p>
<p>As such, I now have the problem of not being able to access my account from my application for the Class of 2011 (the password doesn't work anymore) and also not being able to activate the Eli account for my application for the Class of 2012. </p>
<p>What i would like to know is who i can contact to have this fixed. i've already emailed <a href="mailto:online.decisions@yale.edu">online.decisions@yale.edu</a> but i haven't gotten a reply for quite awhile now (emailed them about not having a PIN number at all more than a week ago) and i've tried to reset the account a couple of times (didn't work and I hope it didn't lock the account). anybody have any idea who i should contact now? a bit reluctant to call cos the time zones are quite different (i'm in Singapore). Thanks for any help given.</p>
