Should I include in the common app “additional information” part that I didn’t take IP/IB/Honor classes because these are not offered by my school (international student)?
No. Your GC should explain the school’s curriculum in his/her recommendation. No college expects an applicant total course that are not offered, but all colleges will expect you to challenge yourself within the framework of the offered curriculum.
