<p>I have a movie file with audio, and every time I try and add it into iTunes, it won't go in.</p>
<p>Can someone please get on AIM or something and explain to me how to make it work? I have a feeling the file may need to be converted, but I have no clue how to do that either.</p>
<p>If you could help that would be amazing.</p>
