<p>Besides Georgetown, GWU, American, John Hopkins, etc. what are other solid IR schools out there, especially for someone who is an average to above-average student and maybe a bit lower compared to CC standards? Hope this all makes sense.</p>
<p>Syracuse, Tufts, NYU have good programs. Most top schools will have good departments in all areas, especially at the undergrad level.</p>

<p>Michigan State's program, the residential college James madison has a very well respected international relations major</p>

Keep in mind that this list seems to only be a gauge on the top schools as some on this list do not offer International Relations as a major, but rather only as a subfield to their Political Science program. Nonetheless, it may prove useful to you.</p>
