^^^^This level of activity is very common for most incoming students, so you don’t have a novel situation; its even tougher for athletes and students who work close to full-time hours who have multiple EC’s.
Add what @TheDidactic has mentioned above^. Some of the labs are even more intense than the coursework, as far as time commitments are concerned. You will be experiencing lots of “group” work because the professors expect you to work in teams, which isn’t as easy at it sounds and every college student I’ve met absolutely hates having his/her grade compromised by a team member.
If your school is on the quarter system, you’ll get stuck. My dd who graduated in engineering had one course where the final was the only grade for the course. The test involved one algorithm. If you missed one part of the question, you failed the class. Lots of students failed.
Listen to the previous posters; everyone has experience with this through their own coursework or through their college kids’ experiences. You need to maintain a good GPA; don’t sabotage yourself.
