And should I possibly ask collegeboard to check if it’s not?

I’ve never ever heard of anyone getting their score raised because a conversion was wrong. In fact, I’d be shocked if a conversion error happened–that part of the system is automated.
I’ve seen 670 with 3 wrong with 8 essay so I think it reasonable.
On the Nov 2015 sitting 1 wrong and 6 essay was a 720.
I’ve looked at the curves and yeah, -3 with a 9 can definitely be 690. Not a friendly curve, but not an extreme outlier.
I’ve gotten a 680 on the June SAT for an 8 essay and -3.
I got 700 with -3 and 9 essay
