Is 33 a good ACT score? Hopkins, Brown, Duke, Vanderbilt, UPenn?

I am currently a rising junior and have recently scored a 33 on the ACT. I will be retaking it next year, along with the SAT (which I have not taken). However, is my current score good enough to get into Hopkins, Brown, Duke, Vanderbilt, or UPenn?
GPA: 4.0 (unweighted)

Class rank: top 1%, may still be 1st in class

2 APs taken, World and Stat, 5's on both

I am taking all IBs and APs for junior and senior year, I have the most difficult class schedule possible

I still need to take SAT subject tests

ECs, have plenty, will not bother to name

Make sure that your ECs are good and relate to what you want to do in life. (If you want to go to a science school have science ECs)

You still have a year left before applications so anything could happen in that year and you really did not write much, so my judging is not really accurate.

I think a 33 should be good enough, but if you can raise it that would make you more competitive. You can however get in with a 33.

thanks a lot your advice, it makes me feel great

I am currently trying to get an internship with the chesapeake bay foundation and my local hospital, but most of my ecs are science or math related
