i thought it was a fantastic score..until i saw that it was the 84th percentile. this is for spanish btw. i'm a non-native speaker ( i take spanish in school) and i'm applying to duke ED, umich EA, unc EA, and notre dame EA. send or no?

From another student, I think a 770 is good. Keep in mind many native speakers take the test. I’ve been told 700+ is a good score for Subject Tests. I’m applying to schools like the one’s you’ve listed, and I would send a 770 on Spanish.

That’s just my 2 cents.

Excellent score for a non-native speaker. I also give credit to any non-native speakers just for taking a Subject test in languages such as Chinese and Spanish. It can often be a win-lose proposition but I think you are a winner.
