I completely agree with @happy1
Your safeties should have a 50%+ admissions rate, with at least one guaranteed acceptance (80-90%+ admissions rate or automatic admit program if you’re in TX, CA etc.) that releases decisions on a rolling admissions bases. Matches are any school that is 30% to 50% acceptance rate and matches your stats, if it’s below that percentage, it’s a reach, even if the school might not be listed in the T20 or T30 (CWRU, Tulane, Northeastern etc. that really focus on demonstrated interest or yield protect.)
