bump act was really hard today....

If you are Ohio resident, ACT=32 might be enough to get to NEOUCOM. If you are not in Ohio, I am not sure. However, there are other Ohio BS/MD programs that you might get in OOS with ACT=32 or slightly lower.

nope im not a Ohio resident, what would be a good score for OOS

NEOUCOM accepts 105 people to 3 different undergrad - 35 to each. They accepti no more than 5 OOS, some years it's been only 2-3. You will need to do some research or contact them for advise in regard to score and chances. On the other hand, just apply and see what happens. Apply to all 3 undergrad to increase your chances.
There are other Ohio combined programs that are not so geared towards in-state.

Don't worry about a 32, its fine. It would obviously better if you can get 1-2 points higher, but don't stress too much. Focus on your medical ECs. I got a 33 and got into Union LIM, VCU/MCV, SBU/GWUSM, and a bunch of other schools. My friend got into similar programs with a 32. Make sure your essays are well written and pray that your teacher recs are good!

^that makes me feel better.

I got a 33 combined score on ACT i got an interview on Sophie=rejected
all the other Bs/md schools NAda
I had 4 yrs of Shadowin my uncle who is a Doctor without boundaries
4 yrs of other volunteer experience both medical and non medical
and a boatload of extra curriculars
Just goes to show you 32 Act is great but its upto fate

How bout a 33 and A good deal of med related ec and leadership positions?

33 + 4.0 uw + a lot of various EC's (medical and non-medical) was enough last year to get to 3 programs and get rejected from 2 others.

Lesson - apply to wide range of programs. There are programs that are much less known than the ones that you have listed. They have considerably smaller number of applicants (might be 10 times smaller).

showing your determination to do medicine is much more important than scores. I'm sure all applicants above some certain cut off score are considered on an even level in the selection process.

^well, what do you think that cut off is?
