Is a 50,000 a year for college, UG+G, worth it?

<p>$150,000 for a CS degree at umich(ranked 17 in world). or I could transfer to wayne state ($60,000) for a CS degree.
what should I do? I have to pay back my parents either way.</p>

<p>How fast do you think I can pay them back the 300,000 with a CS degree living extremely frugally. I can live on 15,000 - 20,000 a year, and save the rest of my salary to pay them back.</p>
