I got my first c+ on my report card this quarter :(. In biology, no idea why im struggling. My semester average for that class is a B though.

Do quarter grades really "matter"? Will that c+ look bad to colleges?

Here is one thing to consider. I would have gotten a B semester average whether i had a c+ or a B. So now, does that c+ really mean anything? Colleges only see semester grades right?

Colleges only see your final grade which is all of the quarters plus the midterm and the final. They don’t see your C+ so don’t worry. I got a C+ on a midterm last year but I got a A- on the final so my final grade was a B+. Just strive to do better in bio for the rest of the year.
