Is a Junior Year Transfer to UPenn SEAS Possible?

<p>Hello!</p>

<p>I am contemplating the transfer process (for next year), but don't know if I have a shot. I am a freshman at Villanova studying Computer Engineering. Below are my stats:</p>

<p>Fall 2012 GPA: 3.67
Spring 2013 GPA (Projected): 3.79
Overall GPA: 3.72
Technical/Engineering GPA: 4.00</p>

<p>The problem is my high school stats are average/poor (3.5 HS GPA / 27 ACT). </p>

<p>Also, I am Hispanic, so maybe that will help. </p>

<p>What do you guys think? Any chance at UPenn SEAS?</p>

<p>I’ve read they prefer Sophomore transfers, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I would make sure you apply to a few other places as well.</p>
