Is a school report the same as a transcript?

<p>On my CommonApp, it says my counselor submitted the school report, but I'm wondering if that's the transcript. </p>

<p>At the beginning of the year, I paid the $10 CommonApp fee to her, so should I be worried about submitting my transcript?</p>

<p>I sent her an email, but it's been a couple days and she hasn't responded (my senior class has 700+ students, so it's understandable) and there's always too many people in line to talk to her at lunch.</p>

<p>if the school report is the transcript, then it’s fair to charge us $10 because if we order a transcript through Parchment.com, it’ll cost 10 anyways :P</p>
