Is a score of 2000+ a realistic goal for me?

On my last diagnostic test I scored an 1840, unfortunately:/. Math :660 CR: 560 Writing: 620 subcore: 67, Essay :7. I seem to make alot of careless mistakes in math. I reviewed my last diag and realized that there were 10 questions that I knew how to answer but I missed them bc I was careless. I could've had a 730! In the writing section I wrote a bs Essay and if I got a 10 my score would've been like a 710, I missed out on 90 valuble points and 160 points in total smh. Even though I've been careless, I know I still have alot of work to do. Is a score of 2000+ by November, a realistic goal for me?? I'm trying to go to an Ivy League College. Also do you guys have any tips on how to focus better?
