<p>No, PASSION is all that matters, in my opinion. I know a girl applying from the US who just filled 3 out of 7 blanks in the activity list and left blank the rest, but her strong passion for playing the piano, which was expressed consistently throughout her application, partly led her to University of Chicago and many other prestigious schools
Btw, she scored 2390 on the SAT I and 800 on each of the six SATII that she took</p>

<p>Yes, I mean you can’t just omit a page. And you should have at least some activities besides studying. Piano is obviously one of them, and it’s especially good because it shows that she is deep in he EC’s, not just lot of superficial EC’s</p>
