<p>in fact, my parents are threatening me that if i dont work hard in college and get into a respectable US grad school, they wont pay for my grad school tuition. emphasizing the "US" part... lol</p>
<p>A green card does not help you, but it does mean you can apply for fin aid without hurting your chances.</p>
<p>oh so i guess i wont be gettin the green card - all im interested in is beind admitted to the college. even if i had green card i dont think i will get any fin aid anyway, i would be lucky to even get admitted.</p>
