<p>Long time ago, I got an email from ND that my file is complete. They also said they will release the decisions on April 9th THROUGH MAIL. I live in Indonesia and usually, it takes A MONTH to receive the mail from the US. Will ND send the decisions through email also?</p>
<p>Decision letters were scheduled to be mailed today. International students will also receive an email, although the University did not indicate when those emails would be sent.</p>
