Actually, top business schools like non-business majors better. Look at Stanford’s stats for example: https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/programs/mba/admission/evaluation-criteria/class-profile
If by “graduate school” you mean a PHD in Economics then you’d be better served by Economics with a lot of math, or even a straight Math Major.
(SU = Syracuse? There are lots of “SU’s” in the country!)
