<p>So I call the number that was provided, and enter my AP number. Then I get transferred to customer service. I ask the person if this is the right number to call they tell me that it's not, but they can transfer me to the right one (which is the number I had just called). They do so, I reenter my AP number, and the whole process starts again. I've done this about 10 times now, is anybody else having the same problem?</p>
