I am...i took it for the first time! I felt really confident when I left the room but then I read a message here called "panicking" and it was written by a girl who thought she had made over 2000 but she really got a 1540! Does that happen a lot? I mean, that a person thinks they're totally ace'd but no.

waiting for SAT scores are nothing compared to waiting for ED college decisions…haha… good luck though! I hope you scored what you wanted!

It’s always been the opposite for me. I’d walk out of the room feeling really terrible about the test, and then get surprisingly decent scores. But I think it’s very difficult to accurately predict your score, especially if you have’t practiced the test much, so that’s why it’s so common for people to expect one thing and then get something entirely different. And I agree with the post above, waiting for admission decision is 100x more nerve-wracking than waiting for scores, especially since it takes several months. I can’t even imagine how insane I’ll go in a couple months waiting for all the RD results…

I got a terrible score lol
