@violincat3 I’m pretty sure Hale and Isham both have singles. DB is all doubles.

I should also point out that in the case of the smaller dorms, like Eaton Cottage, just because it’s a 9th grade dorm one year is no guarantee that it will house 9th graders the following year. .
