Is anyone doing the AP studio Art portfolio?

Though I am not planning on attending an art school, I thought I would put some of my pieces together for the portfolio next year. I've tried to find examples of the highest scorers....but honestly, all the work for ap art portfolios that I could find....is terrible....so, if you're planning on this AP...would you be able to offer me an example of what you think is a perfect score?

Also, if I'm doing 2d/designs does that include digital painting...I could search more extensively on that....but....eh

thanx

..........

loved it.

just memorize the reigning dates of all the monarchs that you can remember. I am convinced that if you incorporate them in your essay, it helps.

^I think you're confusing AP Art History with AP Studio Art.

I'm doing AP Studio Art next year. I think I might do drawing...maybe 2D. It shouldn't be a hard exam to pass. Most people signed into AP Studio Art can pass. The hardest part is doing everything in one year, but if you're going together a portfolio independently, you shouldn't have to worry about time constraints.

And yea, I'm 99% sure 2D includes computer-generated art.

Yeah....thanx...all my art is basically adobe cs or corel painter....hmmm..... ....should be pretty easy....

lol i am completely retarded i thought this was about ap euro

Eh...that's all right....haha

Yea, 2D shouldn't be too much work to do independently - you can submit anything from graphic designed images to photographs.

CB is pretty lenient with Studio Art.

About photography though, I just finished reading that it must be either photomanip/darkroom altered to be allowed...so, yeah.....

Oh, I didn't know that.

Well, I'm just going to do a drawing portfolio next year. I don't have much experience with computer graphics or photography. :D
