I know I am. I have 5 schools I am completely in love with, and it's plausible I'll get into 4...I have no idea how on earth i'm going to choose...

Anyone else in this predicament.? Any advice?

Right now, all you can do is wait to see the FA packages and see if those “tip the scale” in any way.

:)

yes. but for the opposite reason…I’m afraid I’ll be rejected from all my top choices

Every time I see your name I imagine you as being Reggie Rocket

but anyway

I’m in a similar situation. So far I have heard from only two schools I’ve applied to. So far it is very likely I will be going to Iowa, and knowing that I have grown to like the school so much more. If I get accepted into all the schools I’ve applied to ( in total 7) I do not have any ideal how to decide ( but would figure out) as all the schools I’ve applied to I like and are unique. The main factor I would use in eliminating my choices is financial aid packages, which is more affordable etc…

I already know the order of which schools I like most but I probably won’t get into my top 2 and I already didn’t get into 4th choice but it was the must difficult to get into out of any that I applied.

Yes. I applied to thirteen schools, and I anticipate that I will get into four or more. If more than one gives me good scholarship money, I will truly be facing a tough decision.

If I get into my top choice, I’ll shriek out in joy and I’ll make it happen even if I can’t afford to pay, so i’m hoping this happens :)

Yes, I’m dreading it both ways.

Possible rejection from top choices Brown and Dartmouth,
won’t know until April 1.

Choice between UMich Engrg OOS (COA likely $20K+)
in state Cal, UCLA, or UCSD (COA likely < $10K, I think
I have a fair shot at one of the three)
and USC Viterbi/Marshall (COA likely $20K).

I"m hoping financials help decide things for me

*2. Choice between UMich Engrg OOS (COA likely $20K+)
in state Cal, UCLA, or UCSD (COA likely < $10K, I think

and USC Viterbi/Marshall (COA likely $20K). *

Where are you getting those Cost of Attendances from???

The OOS COA for UMich is about $50k per year
USC is about $53k per year
In-state UC’s are about $28k (and going up)

COA = tuition, fees, room, board, books, misc.

Were you looking at only the semester or quarter costs???

Even though I know I probably won’t get into UDel I mite still cry just becasue I screwed around high and ended up with a 2.98 and could of easily had a 3.5 and with my SATs I would have been a shoe in.

I’m dreading it because I know I probably wont be accepted into my top choice but I want it to be here NOW just so I can find out :)

It is my projected COA after need based FA …
EFC=0 for UCs, TBD Profile based.

I’m dreading for weird reason. I applied ED to my second choice coz it’s affordable and I have higher chance of getting in there. Now I’m dreading, hoping that I would get rejected to my ED school and accepted to my No.1 choice.
