Is anyone else just having a tough time?

First quarter ended today and unfortunately I did pretty poorly on some tests. I don't know how cause I study every day from 4:00 until 9:00 but my teachers are all like "Oh C's in AP classes are really good" -_- I'm thinking my report card is going to look like C plus, C plus (maybe B), C plus (maybe B), A plus, A, C, C. And while colleges will not see these grades I'm going to have to make all A's second quarter for them to balance out for the first semester. I'm in all APs and I'm so worried that I'm not going to get into James Madison University because although my SAT scores, GPA, and extra curriculars all look good for them, my sucky letter grades might ruin me, out of my 15 purely academic courses (not including this year) I have only received a final grade of an A or a B is 10 of them. In the other 5 I received C pluses. And no one will help me cause they say I am doing well for a high schooler in a college class.

I don't know what I'm really asking for here. Maybe someone who is feeling the same way? No snotty "Your bad grades are all your own fault" comments. If you're going to be critical just save it. I've had a rough day and I'm just looking for someone who can relate.

All my friends are taking fluff courses since its our senior year and they're out celebrating their straight A's. I'm starting to feel like I should've done the same.

Studying for a long time is not the same as studying the right things. You need to spend some time with your teachers finding out where you are going wrong.

Too late now, but there really is such a thing as taking too many AP classes. Sounds like you have more than you can handle. Are you taking AP classes in subjects where you got C’s before? If so, I don’t think you got good advice on what courses to take.
Can you talk to your guidance counselor about how this is likely to affect your applications? He/She would know the rest of your transcript and test scores to put it all in perspective.
I think your teachers should be willing to help you figure out how you can raise your grades for next semester!
