it seems like everyone has been leaning one way or the other and not in the middle...

i know a few ppl, it would seriously been a 50/50 for me had i got in....but FUCLA

i got into ucla and i'm not even tempted to go there.

One of my close friends here at school got into Stanford, Harvard, MIT, and Princeton and still went to USC :)

probably got a big scholarship rght?

yeah we got into ucla and uc berkley as well as usc. it is a hard choice for us right now especially financial aid

Got into both...now trying to decide (financial aid doesn't count because I'm intl)

Got into both....I wanted film production at USC but they said no and I got in undeclared....then I got accepted into UCLA Art and Architecture School as an Art major which really surprised me.....I love Art and I have a strong portfolio but I just didn't think I'd get in with all the competition....I like the idea of being part of a smaller learning community (Art) at UCLA and being able to maybe transfer into the UCLA film program my junior year.....I'm not sure about starting undeclared at USC but it sounds like they have great registration help and classes are easier to get....I took a summer course at UCLA and liked the campus and westwood, but I also liked the USC campus (not the area so much though)....USC housing looks way better....UCLA puts freshman in triples...and the tuition difference is huge.....my Dad went to UCLA and is pushing for it because of the tuititon...If I got into just one the decision would be alot easier!

I'm also trying to decide between USC and UCLA, now that I got rejected from Stanford and Princeton :( Which honors program is better? The Thematic Option program at USC College or the Honors program at UCLA? btw, my major is Chemistry

Daughter interviewed for Trustee and had to settle for Presidential, hence USC is no longer a slam dunk. Now a three-horse race between UCSD (Regents), Cal, and USC.
