is anyone going to USC for sure?

i got in today and im probably gonna end up going to USC coz all my other options are ivy's and i am NOT getting into any of them... i dont mind though i love USC...
is anyone else going for sure? it will be cool to get to know people attending the same school as me later on this year..good luck to those who have not heard yet! i heard today! so there is still hope..

This may not help since I am a transfer student and won't hear until may or june, but if I am accepted, I am 100% positive that I will be going. (Come on USC, give me some good news)
Kyle

I'm a transfer student, and I'm about 93% sure I'm going to USC if I get in. The other 7% is pointed at Northwestern.

IM goin. Full out. Everything has been sent and Im ready

niiice. I'm pretty sure I'm going to USC. I can't say I'm for sure going to USC yet b/c I haven't mailed my SIR yet, but it's like practically guaranteed. Bozenuts05, why did you decide to go to USC?

It's 50/50 for me. Trying to choose between USC and Georgetown. I'm planning on attending two USC receptions (including the on-campus admitted student reception) and also going to visit Georgetown later this month. A campus visit should help me make the final decision. :)

I've been accepted to Berkeley (from out of state), UCSD, NYU, BU, Lehigh, and several other schools..........

but looks like USC is the one. Aside from Lehigh, USC has given me the largest finAid package.

90% sure I'll be there in the fall.

side note, does anyone know if USC will 'negotiate' (for lack of a better word) aid packages. I am low income and every little increase will help.

Those of you who are transfers, where are you transferring from?

I'm definitely going- anyone going to the admitted students day on campus april 17th?

intelliot - i'm transferring from Biola University.

Deciding between USC, UChicago, and Rose-Hulman. I'm making the decision immediately after I attend the USC reception here.

i have to decide between usc-marshall and nyu (college)..!! can anyone give me some advice.. i wanna go into business later on so us has that edge.. but what should i do??

i'd say go to nyu- LA and NYC are both major cities, but i'd say NYC has more opportunities-and even if you want to go into business-it's not necessary to have a degree in that field-as long as you have a degee-Of course if you are able to, you should visit :)

90 percent USC
10 percent Berkeley

it's between SC and UCLA...

messeduprenegade , I have been accepted to quite a few good universities (Berkeley, UCSD, Bentley, BC, BU, still waiting for georgetown), and I can definitely tell you that USC is where I want to go.
I just think that' i'll have the best overall experience over there...I'm a top student but I also need a good social life (i mean, C'MON!)...SO USC, in my opinion, provides it all great academics and a great social life (hey its L.A)..anyways good luck to all of you on making your decisions, USC is where i'll be for sure. Hope to meet a lot of others who took the same decision!

Steaky: Sorry for the delayed response. I am going because it has a good Architecture plan.. It is the better of the schools that I was accepted at. It has multiple possibilites in good programs should I change my major. Its MUCH closer to home. I was orginally from that area, 1.5 yo when I moved, lol. So i have friends and family in that area. Its a nicer climate than the other schools and I can go from the beach to the mountain in the same day, much like where I am now, ORegon. Any other question skeep them coming Im on a role.

one of my best friends is going.

he's psyched.

it was the only school he REALLY wanted to go to that he got accepted to. (everything else was kind of a fluke, i mean you figure someone with a 1400 and a 4.0 could get in!)

he already sent everything in. i will be visiting him next year, so maybe i'll see ya'll too!
