Is anyone having problems uploading documents?

<p>Is anyone having problems uploading documents?
I am specifically having trouble uploading a word file (.doc/docx) to the additional information section. I get "Error uploading file. Please try again."</p>

<p>Tried different browsers, restarted computer, both .doc and .docx files, etc. Maybe the servers are just getting hammered?</p>

<p>Nevermind, I realized it is Word 2010 that is the problem. Even if I save it in compatibility mode (.doc) commonapp still doesn’t like it. I ended up using “save as” to save it as a PDF and it works now.</p>
