Is anyone suffering from "transferitis"?

I have a bad case of it, and finals are closing in. My motivation after I mailed the midterm reports fell off a cliff.

Yes. This. Me.

i have a 3.6 on midterm report :frowning: so i have to get it back up to a 4.0 by the end of the semester.

Had a 4.0 midterm report, will probably end up with a 3.6 for the semester or something.

4.0 on mine  but lower first semester. It balances to around 3.86

I don’t get how the midterm reports work … I only took one midterm test 2 of my classes don’t do midterms and i have 1 more midterm later this week Thursday … who do I ask to fill it out? admissions ?

The professor

So SO bad. It’s a struggle to get motivated when my grades won’t transfer anyway.

omg. I’ve been mentioning this to the people around me. So Bad.

yes have lost all motivation…fortunately 2 of my 4 classes are cake…4.0 at midterm but thinking it’ll end up being 3.7-3.8ish…wouldn’t matter but i’m a pre-med and the B+ is coming in Chem2

I see I’m not the only one haha…I just want to start the next chapter of my life

Oh definitely. I have a 10 page economics paper due in a week and haven’t even picked a topic. Mixed with spring fever it’s a great life.

If I get a 4.0 GPA this semester, and get accepted to one of the 10 places I applied to, my life will be complete.

midterm reports mandatory?

It depends on the school…I’d check ASAP if you need it or not…most want it by now.

@2013tranfer usc but they havnt said anythig to me

California schools don’t require midterm reports.

Phew I thought I was the only one… I’m still getting my work done, but its just hard to get motivated and not go on College Confidential and research schools. I just remind myself of my dream grad school: Harvard Law School.

I’m also tired of, “Where are you transferring?” I always respond, “I wish I knew!”

Seriously, just rip off the bandaid already.

@GoToCC: Or “have you heard anything back yet from the colleges?” when I told them 20918734210948 times that results come out in mid-May. Or, when I tell them that I got accepted to UNC Chapel Hill, and they’re like “oh, so you didn’t hear back from any of the other colleges?” How many times do I have to say mid-May?
