Is AP Euro easier than AP World?

I’m going to be a junior this year taking AP US History, Pysch, Stat and Lang. I took AP World/Human Geo during my sophomore year and I got 5s on both exams. I’ve really enjoyed the AP Social science classes and plan on taking more
I’m wondering whether I should self-study AP Euro during my junior year since I did well on AP World/Human Geo. My school offers AP World but doesn’t offer AP Euro so if I want to do AP Euro, I’ll have to self-study it.
I’ve looked at AP Euro and I see that it covers content from 1450-present which doesn’t seem that bad compared to AP World (which covers 10,000 years of history in 1 year).
Is AP Euro easier than AP World? Would it be manageable to self-study during the school year?
If you guys have any AP Euro prep book recommendations you used to self-study with, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Would really appreciate it if you guys chime in!

Our lot have found World to be easier than Euro, but ymmv. The long time span covered in World means that there is only so much depth they can go into, so I wouldn’t assume that quantity matches degree of difficulty.

Also, Junior year is, for many students, the hardest year of HS: the degree of difficulty in coursework ratchets up, your role in your ECs should be increasing, and the grades really, really matter. Obviously, I don’t know you/your circumstances, but make sure that you don’t over commit yourself. Comp Gov is straight forward self-study if you find yourself with time on your hands.

Do NOT take both APUSH and self study AP euro the same year.
Students often find Euro harder than World because it goes much more in depth.
APUSH required a lot of reading and writing. It’ll keep you very busy.
Ask your GC whether AP euro might be offered your senior year. If not, see if you can take it online.
